I've spent my career building and improving software delivery in industries where getting it wrong is expensive — financial services, insurance, agriculture, telecom, and fundraising.
I know what it feels like to inherit a codebase nobody wants to touch, to lead a team under delivery pressure with no clear path forward, and to watch good engineers burn out because the system around them makes everything harder than it needs to be.
My practice is built around one observation: the teams that ship well are the teams that learn fast — not because they're smarter, but because their feedback loops are shorter. That's the lever I help organizations find and tighten.
How I work
I work alongside technical leaders as a peer, not a vendor. Engagements start small — an assessment, a focused sprint — and grow only when the value is clear to both of us. No 12-month contracts. Weekly iteration with honest check-ins. Each small improvement creates the conditions for the next one.
